Our Philosophy

A lawyer
who sees
beyond the
brief.

(647) 261-6650  ·  ana@anaklegal.com

Although my official title is that of a lawyer, I have always seen myself as a professional problem-solver. Every case is different and requires a unique, nuanced approach — one where the lawyer examines the issues from every angle, applies the law to the facts, and develops a theory of the case that is aligned with the client's goals.

When we meet, I complete a detailed intake where we discuss strategy and potential outcomes together. At AK Legal, you are never just a file number — you are a person navigating one of life's most challenging moments, and you deserve counsel that is both expert and deeply human.

We handle matters in Family Law, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, and Wills & Estates — always with the same commitment to clarity, strategy, and your best interests.

Ana Kraljevic

Founder & Principal — AK Legal

Ana Kraljevic brings more than a decade of Ontario legal experience to every client relationship. Called to the Bar in 2013, she built her practice on the belief that elite legal expertise and genuine human connection are not mutually exclusive — they are inseparable.

Her career has spanned complex employment disputes, family law matters, civil litigation, and estate planning. Before founding AK Legal, Ana completed her articles at a prominent litigation firm and later expanded her knowledge by teaching paralegal students at the college level — covering employment law, privacy law, and torts.

While at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, Ana was awarded the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues Prize for the best submission. She participated in the Hicks Morley Labour Moot and provided pro bono legal services through Legal Assistance of Windsor, serving community members who could not afford private counsel.
